Please understand that Everlast Professional Cleaning Services charge a 50% cancellation fee if we receive less than 48 hours notice when you would like to cancel a clean.

All bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule, thus it is important for our staff to have access to the location at the time of the booking and no later as this is when your service time starts and will not be altered for any reason at all

In the circumstance of our staff not being able to enter the location of the clean, staff will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If you do not contact our team in those 15 minutes, the clean is automatically cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, please call Everlast Professional Cleaning Services office. We appreciate a 2 business days notice, but understand that some situations are just unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee as we are obligated to pay our employees. Terms & Conditions of service available upon request.

If for any reason the client is unhappy with the quality of work provided by the cleaner the client must report this to Everlast Professional Cleaning Services within 12 hours. Once reported, we  will assess the quality of work and what was requested prior to the clean. If Everlast Professional Cleaning Services decides the quality of the cleaners work is not up to expectations, Everlast Professional Cleaning Services agrees to have a cleaner return to complete the clean to expectations

Preparing For Your Clean

To prepare for your Everlast Professional Cleaning Services Visit

  • Please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces (This includes toys, dishes, clothes etc)

  • Please ensure all dirty clothes are put in the laundry, preferably in a basket.

  • Find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable and out of the way while we clean.

  • Please leave out clean linens if we will be changing your beds.
